Ted has over twenty years’ experience in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, research and consulting with core expertise in assisting land owners and developers through the complex issues of bringing raw land through the entitlement process. He’s knowledgeable and experienced in site feasibility, complex contract negotiations and discounted cash flow analysis using MS Excel and Argus Developer.
Ted holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business & Finance from Mount Saint Mary’s College in Emmitsburg, MD and a Master of Science in Real Estate from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School in Baltimore, MD. In addition he completed a two day ULI workshop entitled “Advanced Pro forma Modeling Using Excel” with Joshua Kahr, Kahr Real Estate Services in New York City.
A native of Frederick County, Ted lives with his two children in historic downtown Frederick.
